Qualifications

10+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
Experience leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
Experience establishing processes, systems, and performance metrics within evolving or informal operating environments.

Responsibilities

Leading all aspects of operations across Elevator Controls and Vantage Sacramento, including manufacturing, engineering support, quality, and customer service.
Developing and executing annual operating plans aligned with company objectives.
Establishing operational metrics, management routines, and performance reporting processes.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing lean operating principles.
Evaluating and improving production planning, materials management, quality, and supply chain processes.
Supporting the implementation and optimization of business systems and operational technologies.
Leading organizational change initiatives that foster a structured, process-driven culture while preserving technical excellence and customer relationships.
Developing future leaders and retaining key technical and operational talent.
Championing workplace safety and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
Partnering with Finance, Human Resources, IT, Supply Chain, and Product teams to drive alignment and business success.
Managing operating budgets and ensuring financial performance objectives are achieved.
Representing the business during corporate operating reviews and leadership meetings.
