Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of operations across Elevator Controls and Vantage Sacramento.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans aligned with company objectives.
• Establish operational metrics, management routines, and performance reporting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean operating principles.
• Evaluate and improve production planning, materials management, quality, and supply chain processes.
• Support implementation and optimization of business systems and operational technologies.
• Lead organizational change to foster a process-driven culture while preserving technical excellence.
• Develop future leaders and retain key talent across the organization.
• Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and Product teams to drive alignment and success.
• Manage operating budgets and ensure financial performance objectives are met.
• Represent the business in corporate reviews and leadership meetings.
