Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, production planning, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Manage budgets, profit and loss, operating costs, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and customer specifications.
• Maintain customer relationships, support quoting and negotiations, and resolve escalated issues.
• Monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, delivery, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead continuous improvement, process optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee ERP/MRP systems and operational reporting.
• Recruit, develop, and lead management teams while promoting safety and accountability.
