Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a General Manager/Managing Director to lead the Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa and the Sunshine Hotel & Suites Grand Cayman. You will oversee operations, strategy, and growth across both properties, guiding guest experiences, financial performance, and team leadership in a luxury, island destination.

We value hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in large-scale resort management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a hands-on, successful leader in high-volume, large resorts.
• Caribbean Island and/or international seasonal resort experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of hospitality experience with progressive leadership.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Marriott and independent hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, banquets, spa and more.
• Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
• Create and manage the resort budget, monitor financial performance and revenue.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety across both properties.
• Lead a diverse team, mentor managers, and foster a collaborative culture.
