Qualifications

• Proven success as a multi-unit or general manager in retail, hospitality, fitness, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and grow business results.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and hold others accountable.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results and recognition.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
