Job summary

ModWash is seeking a General Manager in Florida who will act as the site’s CEO, responsible for people, performance, culture, and profitability. You will own the site P&L, drive membership growth, and safeguard the brand while supporting ModWash standards and strategy.

The GM will recruit and develop a winning team, set the tone for culture, and make decisive, owner-like decisions to optimize operations, guest experience, and revenue at the site level.
