Job summary

ModWash is seeking a General Manager to act as the CEO of their site, owning the P&L, people, culture, and profitability. The GM will recruit, train, and develop attendants and leaders, drive membership growth and guest satisfaction, and make real-time decisions to optimize operations.

The role requires leadership, accountability, and a strong sales mindset to protect the brand and deliver site-wide success in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Create and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Attract, recruit, train, and develop all attendants, key holders, and assistant general manager.
• Trained to perform preventive maintenance and repairs equipment.
• Manage chemical inventory, scheduling, labor costs, and equipment functionality.

• Continuously seek ways to improve the business and ensure safety and compliance.
