Job summary

ModWash seeks a General Manager who serves as the CEO of the site, owning the P&L, guest experience, and day-to-day operations. Lead a team, hire and develop attendants, and uphold ModWash standards, values, and strategy to drive profitability and growth.

This role requires hands-on leadership, real-time decision making, managing labor costs, schedules, and maintenance, and acting as the community face for ModWash with a strong focus on safety and guest satisfaction.
