As the on-site leader, you will manage the team, ensure hospitality standards, and collaborate with HAVN's CEO to blueprint future locations, while balancing revenue, budgets, and community well-being.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, operations, or community management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of coworking industry trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
• Experience with OfficeRND or other coworking tools is a big plus.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate community events and other key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of the HAVN Sanctuary in Lehi.
• Drive membership growth and manage the sales process from lead generation to tour, close, onboarding and retention.
• Design and execute systems, programs, and partnerships to make the space thrive.
• Lead the on-site team and maintain hospitality and brand standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the property.
• Plan and execute member events and community programming.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders.
