Job description

Lead HAVN Sanctuary in Lehi: own daily operations, drive membership growth, and build a community that reflects HAVN's values.

About HAVN

HAVN is a new kind of space for the modern professional, a destination where work, wellness, and community converge. Our vision is to build a world where no one feels alone in their pursuit of growth. Designed for founders, creators, and operators who value balance and belonging, HAVN provides physical spaces that nurture focus, health, and authentic connection.

Our spaces feature dedicated workspaces, meeting rooms and phone booths, private offices, wellness studios, fitness centers, rooftop pools and lounges, all designed to elevate how our members live, work, and connect.

The Role

HAVN is seeking a General Manager to lead HAVN Sanctuary, our location in Lehi, UT. You will own day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and shape a community that reflects HAVN's values.

You will design and execute the systems, programs, and partnerships that make the space thrive, owning everything from sales and outreach to events and member experience. You will set the tone for hospitality and culture, lead the on-site team, and work directly with HAVN's CEO to establish HAVN Sanctuary as the blueprint for future locations.

Operations
  • Own daily operations of the property: opening and closing standards, facility readiness, cleanliness, and presentation across workspace, gym, pool, and event areas.
  • Own the property's systems and tech stack: access control, CCTV, booking and membership platform, CRM, and AV.
Financial Performance
  • Design and defend the property's annual budget, forecast, and actuals, engaging the team in the outcome.
  • Exercise a savvy financial approach focused on revenue generation, cost containment, productivity improvement, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Report performance with the rigor of an operator who expects to be questioned.
Revenue Generation
  • Drive property achievement across all income streams: membership, day passes, event and space rentals, wellness, and ancillary revenue.
  • Build and execute the property's sales playbook, from lead generation through tour, close, onboarding, and retention.
  • Monitor and optimize membership offerings, rate structure, and promotions to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
Member Experience & Brand
  • Curate personalized member experiences built on the three pillars of work, wellness, and community.
  • Deliver a world-class hospitality experience by ensuring the community is welcoming, well maintained, and professionally managed.
  • Plan and execute high-impact programming: networking, workshops, wellness offerings, and community gatherings.
  • Resolve member concerns and operational issues with urgency and a solutions orientation.
Community & Stakeholder Relations
  • Build strong relationships with members, local business leaders, and community organizations.
  • Develop partnerships that expand brand presence and deliver tangible member benefit.
People & Compliance
  • Own hiring, scheduling, performance management, and payroll accountability for the property team.
  • Own the training program: brand standards, hospitality service standards, access systems, and role-specific certification.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law, and with civil rights and accessibility requirements.
Key Qualities for Success
  • Go-getter who takes on challenges with confidence and figures things out quickly.
  • Service-oriented leader with a passion for hospitality.
  • Sales-oriented and comfortable with outreach, lead generation, and closing.
  • Detail-driven, anticipating needs and sweating the small stuff.
  • Community builder who thrives on meaningful connections.
  • Creative problem-solver who identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Event and hospitality expert with an eye for brand and design, familiar with tools like Canva, Eventbrite, and social platforms.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, operations, or community management, ideally within coworking, real estate, or wellness spaces.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of coworking industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with OfficeRND or other coworking tools is a big plus.
