Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and performance.
• Train and develop crew members and leaders using Chipotle’s training tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including schedule, P&L, forecasting.
• Maintain a clean dining room and guest-ready environment.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Drive annual sales and cash flow targets.
• Work lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts across hours.
