Job summary

LV Petroleum is searching for a General Manager to lead their Charley's Steakhouse restaurant within our fast-paced travel center located in Lamar, CO. This Leader will lead the entire restaurant operation including scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and full P&L management!

Key Responsibilities include Team Leadership, Customer Service, Operations Management, and Financial Accountability: hire, train, schedule, control costs, review reports, ensure health and safety standards, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management experience (quick service preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer and POS systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire restaurant operation including scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and full P&L management.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Foster a culture of outstanding guest service and respond to customer feedback.
• Oversee all daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, and controllables to meet targets.
• Review financial reports and adjust as necessary.
• Conduct inventory counts and manage ordering processes.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards; maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and banking procedures.
