Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-food environment.
• Experience leading and developing a team of 20+ people.
• Food safety knowledge and commitment to health and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and schedule crew and management.
• Conduct ongoing training for all staff on standards and procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
• Create a positive work culture and ensure accountability across the team.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and shift execution.
• Track inventory, sales, and performance metrics.
