You will drive food service excellence, manage scheduling and labor costs, ensure compliance with regulations, and partner with vendors to sustain sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant settings.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and meet financial targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
