RaceTrac is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Florida to lead a large team, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee up to 45 employees, recruit and coach staff, and implement strategies to meet sales and labor goals while maintaining food safety and operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in retail/food service management, strong leadership, and fluency with financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building abilities.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-obsessed culture and ensure exceptional guest interactions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members for growth opportunities.
