Chipotle is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performance team, drive hospitality, and ensure operational excellence at a fast-paced restaurant. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while managing P&L and forecasted sales to achieve targets.

You will oversee scheduling, food safety, and guest satisfaction across all shifts, including lunch, dinner, and weekends, in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team and delivering hospitality at a high level.
• Strong people development and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, costs, and P&L while driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including recruiting and performance management.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, costs, and sales forecasting.
• Maintain clean dining room and enforce food safety and compliance.
