Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage the full lifecycle of team members. You will hire, coach, and supervise staff while maintaining P&L, scheduling, and compliance standards.

You will build a winning culture, develop talent, and push for strong sales growth across all hours of operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a restaurant or similar high-volume operation.
• Proven ability to lead teams, schedule staff, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with guest focus and hospitality excellence.
• Ensure fast and accurate service and a consistently positive guest experience.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices using company tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and timely digital orders and curbside pick-up if applicable.
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, P&L oversight, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and strict food safety and compliance standards.
• Be accountable for overall restaurant financial performance and annual sales targets.
• Schedule across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to cover all hours.
