Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Dallas seeks a results-driven General Manager to run daily operations, delight customers, and lead a motivated team.

You will manage costs, ensure food safety, recruit and develop staff, and drive sales while maintaining high standards in service and cleanliness.

This role requires leadership, accountability, and strong communication to mentor crew, manage P&L, and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Prior management or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
