Job summary

InnVentures IVI LP in Renton is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Residence Inn Seattle South Renton. Lead, mentor and inspire hotel teams to deliver memorable guest experiences while driving solid financial results for owners.

You will guide departments, maintain service standards, and partner with sales to grow occupancy and revenue. A customer-focused leader with 2–3 years hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years progressive experience in a hotel setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, support, coach and mentor departments and teams.
• Champion great service and empower employees to care for guests.
• Cultivate guest relationships to build loyalty and satisfaction.
• Apply problem solving to resolve guest and employee issues.
• Monitor daily tasks to ensure SOPs are followed.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll and HR tasks.
• Support proactive sales efforts with the sales team.
• Ensure emergency procedures are communicated and followed.
• Conduct property inspections for safety and cleanliness.
• Plan staff meetings and daily huddles for improvement.
• Fill in for the General Manager when needed.
