Job summary

Candlewood Suites Boston North Shore Danvers is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, drive revenue, and oversee guest satisfaction at a key Danvers property managed by Aimbridge Hospitality.

You will manage budgeting, sales strategies, and a team, partnering with owners and local stakeholders to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring compliance and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel experience or a 4-year degree with 4–5 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license for the state.
• Eligible for full-time benefits after a waiting period.

Responsibilities

• Boost revenue, cut costs, and keep finances in good shape.
• Create sales plans, manage the budget, and grow key accounts.
• Utilize reports and systems to optimize operations and decision making.
• Delight guests and resolve issues with a smile to maintain five-star stays.
