Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-week GM training program at corporate locations.
• Build and train a team from the ground up for the new location.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach new employees for continuous improvement.
• Manage day-to-day operations and equipment functions of the car wash facility.
• Deliver strong hospitality and customer service to guests and members.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all positions including sales, labor and detailing.
• Oversee ordering of wash chemicals and supplies.
• Operate a complex POS system and wash-related software.
