McDonald’s Corporation and McDonald’s USA, LLC are seeking a General Manager for a corporate-owned restaurant. You will lead a team, drive profitability, and ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met.

You’ll set goals, coach managers, and build a high-performing team. Ideal candidates have 3 years GM experience in high-volume locations, a background in quick service, hospitality or retail, and are 18+.

Qualifications

• 3 years General Manager experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, providing coaching and direction to improve Departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
• Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
