Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee-operated restaurant in Petersburg, VA seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations and drive profitability while upholding quality, service and cleanliness standards.

The GM will coach Department and Shift Managers, set goals, monitor performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. 18+ years old required; prior high-volume QSR/hospitality/retail leadership preferred.

• Leads a team of Department Managers; sets goals and coaches.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
