Job summary

RPM Pizza in Thibodaux, LA, part of a large Domino’s franchise, is seeking a General Manager to lead store performance, people development, and operational excellence. You will drive customer service, food safety, and financial results while upholding brand standards.

You’ll coach teams, manage scheduling, inventory, and local store marketing, work 40+ hours, including nights and weekends, and model the RPM and Domino’s values every day.

Qualifications

• AM4 GM with District Manager approval and in good standing.
• GM in Training Program completion or equivalent.
• Experience in a high-volume environment with strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Team Members using RPM training tools.
• Ensure compliance with RPM, Domino’s, safety, security, and health department standards.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as a Brand Ambassador.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment and maintain product quality and store image.
