Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a Part-time General Manager in Morgan City, LA, to lead daily operations for a high-volume Domino’s franchise. The GM will coach team members, manage labor, inventory, and scheduling, ensure safety and quality, and drive financial performance.

You will schedule 40+ hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and uphold RPM and Domino’s standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• AM4 or prior General Manager with District Manager approval and in good standing.
• GM in Training Program completion or equivalent is required.
• Proven success in a high-volume environment.
• Strong math, technology, and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Team Members using RPM training tools.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture with accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with RPM, Domino’s, safety, and health standards.
• Deliver consistent product quality, service, and store image.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as a Brand Ambassador.
• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards and values.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment including ovens and prep tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking.
