Better Buzz Coffee is hiring a General Manager for our brand-new San Marcos location. You will lead café operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure a profitable, brand-aligned guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of GM experience in a high-volume, high-velocity café/fast casual environment.
• Deep understanding of guest experience, brand standards, and operational compliance.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse cafe team to meet KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Assistant General Managers, supervisors, and team members to embody Better Buzz culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues with urgency and empathy.
• Manage cafe operations to meet sales, labor, food cost, and waste targets.
