Job summary

Better Buzz Coffee is seeking a General Manager to lead our Tucson location, delivering the Buzz Life experience to guests and a high-energy team. You will train staff, drive operations, and model outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years in GM with high-volume coffee or fast casual experience, open availability, and strong leadership. Competitive benefits and a bonus structure are provided upon location success.

Qualifications

3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume coffee or fast casual setting is required.
Open availability is required.
3+ years of Food & Beverage experience is required.
High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
High volume drive-thru experience is a plus.
New location opening experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the team with hospitality, professionalism, and initiative.
Ensure a memorable Buzz Life experience for guests and team members.
Hire, train, motivate, and inspire for a better experience with every transaction.
Oversee hospitality inside the cafe and uphold brand standards.
Drive KPIs and maintain safety, inclusivity, and a positive work environment.
Develop schedules and manage labor costs.
Drive sales and maintain reviews at or above target.
