Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management.

• Proven ability to lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with back-of-house systems, P&L management, and performance reviews.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills and clear verbal and written communication.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff for leadership roles.
• Ability to follow procedures for inventory control, scheduling, and local restaurant marketing.
• Commitment to food safety and meeting company standards for quality and cleanliness.
