Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Be responsible for recruitment, people processes and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members and shift leaders.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
• Drive overall restaurant financial performance and sales growth.
