Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience in a restaurant or high-volume retail environment.
• Proven P&L accountability, with a track record of hitting sales, labor, and food cost targets.
• ServSafe Manager certification, or the ability to earn it within 60 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations to deliver the highest levels of food quality, service, and efficiency.
• Lead a crew of roughly 25 to 50 team members and 3 to 5 shift leaders or assistant managers, reporting to the District or Area Manager.
• Spend most of the week on the floor coaching in real time, with remaining time planning labor, reviewing results, building sales, and developing next leaders.
• Own guest follow-up, respond to complaints, and turn recurring issues into fixes.
• Maintain equipment, schedule preventive maintenance, and escape repairs quickly.
• Build sales through local marketing, catering, digital and loyalty programs, and upselling.
• Enforce cash handling policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
