Qualifications

• General Managers oversee all aspects of in-store operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong leadership and ability to implement systems with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing/scheduling, food safety, inventory/stock ordering, COGS management, cash handling and brand compliance.
• Run the restaurant like an entrepreneur with focus on operating excellence.
• Ensure store is in exceptional order and employees perform duties properly and efficiently.
