Job summary

Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a General Manager to own the store experience and drive performance in a luxury environment. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, meet profitability goals, and uphold brand standards across operations, staffing, and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience.
• Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to operating with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality where required.

Your Work Schedule

Flexible to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical schedules target five days/40 hours, with additional time during peak seasons.
