Jared, a Signet Jewelers brand, is seeking a General Manager in Florida to lead a luxury jewelry store. You will shape culture, oversee sales and operations, and drive a differentiated customer experience powered by people, coaching, and brand standards.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, manage clienteling and appointments, and ensure performance targets are met while upholding integrity and confidentiality. Flexible to business needs and weekends.

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience required.

The General Manager is the architect of the store culture, customer experience, and business performance. This leader owns the total store experience – balancing luxury service, operational excellence, talent development, and strategic business leadership.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Business & Operational Excellence

• Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and activate strategies that improve performanceProtect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance, and operational discipline
• Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches, and promotional priorities

Lead the Total Store Experience

• Create a culture centered around luxury service,relationship-building,and customer confidence
• Ensure every touchpoint reflects Jared’s elevated brand standards
• Set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, follow-up, and personalized selling experiences
• Inspire high-performance behaviors through floor presence and visible leadership

Coach & Develop Talent

• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent
• Create a coaching culture rooted in accountability, recognition, and growth
• Develop future leaders through intentional feedback and development planning

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience required
• Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to operating with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality where required

Your Work Schedule

Flexible to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical schedules target five days/40 hours, with additional time during peak seasons.
