J Jared, a Jared store location in Edina, MN, is seeking a General Manager to orchestrate store culture, customer experience, and business results. You will balance luxury service, operations, talent development, and strategic leadership to create an elevated destination.

You’ll drive the total store experience, coach teams, manage appointments, and ensure brand standards across all touchpoints while delivering growth and profitability.

Formación

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales with 1+ year management experience.
• Specialty retail/jewelry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, hold teammates accountable, and drive results.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Business & Operational Excellence Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and activate strategies that improve performance
• Protect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance, and operational discipline
• Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches, and promotional priorities
• Lead the Total Store Experience Create a culture centered around luxury service, relationship-building, and customer confidence
• Ensure every touchpoint reflects Jared’s elevated brand standards
• Set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, follow-up, and personalized selling experiences
• Inspire high-performance behaviors through floor presence and visible leadership
• Coach & Develop Talent Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent
• Create a coaching culture rooted in accountability, recognition, and growth
• Develop future leaders through intentional feedback and development planning

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience required
• Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to operating with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality where required

Your Work Schedule Flexible to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical schedules target five days/40 hours, with additional time during peak seasons.

Base pay, $50,000 – $75,600 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
