Jared, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in a luxury-standard store in Winston-Salem. The role pairs with the General Manager to lead performance, develop talent, and maintain a high-touch customer experience while ensuring selling and service excellence.

You will coach in real time on the sales floor, drive daily performance, and reinforce an appointment and clienteling culture to build trust and loyalty.

Your Work Schedule Flexible to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical schedules target five days/40 hours, with additional time during peak seasons.
