Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Ocean, located at 2329 NJ-66, Ocean Township, NJ 07712, is seeking a dynamic Spa Leader! The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will start with a focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance. This role prepares you for future management opportunities, with a clear pathway to leading your own location. Promotions depend on market growth, role availability, and performance, but our goal is continuous leadership development. Compensation Package: We offer a competitive package with an hourly base rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses. GMITs earn up to $45,000 annually, depending on performance.

As a General Manager in Training, you will:

  • Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
  • Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance goals
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences as per our Service Level Standard
  • Manage daily front desk operations
  • Assist in overall business management
  • Train, monitor, and coach team members
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new front desk staff
  • Educate clients on services and benefits
  • Promote sales, promotions, and events
  • Maintain spa cleanliness standards
  • Handle administrative duties like sales reporting and cash handling
The GMIT role involves a varied schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
