The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will begin your career with a focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance. Compensation Package: We offer a competitive package with an hourly base rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses. GMITs earn an average annual compensation up to $45,000, depending on performance.
As a General Manager in Training, you will:
- Achieve performance-based goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance goals
- Provide an exceptional guest experience measured by our Service Level Standard scores
- Manage daily front desk operations
- Assist in managing daily business operations
- Train, monitor, and coach team members
- Recruit, onboard, and train new front desk staff
- Maintain knowledge of our services and educate clients
- Promote sales, promotions, and events
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Perform administrative functions like sales reporting and cash handling
The GMIT role involves a varied schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
Role Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets; knowledge of Zenoti is a plus
