Sun Tan City - JB and Associates is seeking a Salon Director to lead a team, drive sales, and maintain smooth salon operations while fostering a culture of performance and growth.

You will coach staff, set goals, monitor metrics, and ensure client experience aligns with brand standards. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
