Job summary

24/7 Travel Stores in Hays, Kansas is seeking a motivated General Manager in Training to prepare for future leadership opportunities within our growing company. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while taking on increasing responsibility for employees, customers, operations, and store performance.

Training includes involvement in pre-opening of a new store, travel for training, and potential placement as General Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience in retail, convenience stores, restaurants, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand and manage sales, labor, inventory, expenses, and store profitability.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability and willingness to travel for training and future management assignments.
