Carl's Jr 445 is seeking a General Manager in Training to oversee staff, budgets and operations for the local unit. You will help formulate strategy, guide employees, and implement policies to drive profitability.

As a thoughtful leader and decisive decision-maker, you’ll develop people and ensure high performance. You’ll design growth plans, monitor expenses, recruit and train new hires, and report results to upper management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a managerial or executive role.
• Experience budgeting and financial planning.
• Knowledge of business processes across finance, HR, procurement and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities.
• BSc/BA in Business or a related field; MSc/MA is a plus.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the unit.
• Design strategy and set growth goals.
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
• Ensure staff productivity and development.
