Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Franklin, located at 4091 Mallory Ln Suite 124, Franklin, TN 37067, is searching for a dynamic Spa Leader! The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will begin your career focusing on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance. This role prepares you for future management opportunities, with a pathway to leading your own location. Promotions depend on market growth, role availability, and performance, but our goal is continuous leadership development. Compensation Package: We provide a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, with average annual earnings up to $45,000 based on performance.
As a GMIT, you will:
- Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
- Provide exceptional guest experiences according to our Service Level Standard scores
- Manage daily front desk operations
- Assist the General Manager in overall business management
- Train, monitor, and coach team members
- Recruit, onboard, and train new front desk hires
- Educate clients on services and benefits
- Promote sales, promotions, and events
- Maintain spa cleanliness standards
- Handle administrative tasks like sales reporting and cash handling
The schedule includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays. Flexibility is preferred.
Role Requirements:
- Passion for service and people
- Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Occasional travel for training or conferences
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets; knowledge of Zenoti is a plus
- Team player who can work independently
