Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Franklin, located at 4091 Mallory Ln Suite 124, Franklin, TN 37067, is seeking a dynamic Spa Leader! The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance, with a clear pathway to future management roles. Promotions depend on market growth, role availability, and individual performance. We are looking for motivated leaders passionate about growth and success.

Our compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, with GMITs earning up to $45,000 annually based on performance.

As a General Manager in Training, you will:
  • Achieve performance goals related to Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
  • Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences, measured by Service Level Standard scores
  • Manage daily front desk operations
  • Assist in overall business management
  • Train, monitor, and coach team members
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
  • Educate clients on services and promotions
  • Promote sales and events passionately
  • Maintain spa cleanliness standards
  • Handle administrative tasks such as sales reporting and cash handling

The schedule includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
