Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Have a valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and make judgments.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain brand image through professionalism and effective communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensure proper training of Team Members; maintain customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines.
