Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, a leader in location-based entertainment, seeks a General Manager in Training to rotate through center operations across bowling, arcade, F&B, bar, and events. You will learn to make real decisions with senior leaders and prepare to run a multimillion-dollar venue.

You will develop skills in labor management, cost control, and guest experience, with opportunities to lead shifts, train teams, and drive revenue in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, or high-volume operations.
• A track record of supporting sales and contributing to revenue growth.
• Experience training and coaching teams in fast-paced environments.
• Foundational financial knowledge including labor management, cost control, and basic P&L.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events operations to build full-center fluency.
• Work with General Manager and department leaders to learn how standards, labor decisions, and revenue targets connect.
• Take ownership of shifts, flex labor across departments, and make in-the-moment calls during peak periods.
• Drive sales by engaging with guests, supporting events, and executing marketing and promotional programs.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance conversations for hourly team members.
• Build financial literacy across labor management, COGS, inventory, and cost control for future P&L ownership.

Overview

The Role

As a General Manager in Training, you will rotate through every area of center operations, make real decisions alongside experienced leaders, and build the skills to run a multimillion-dollar entertainment venue. This is not a passive program. You will be on the floor, learning by doing, and preparing to lead.

• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance conversations for hourly team members
• Build financial literacy across labor management, COGS, inventory, and cost control in preparation for full P&L ownership

What You'll Bring

The pay range for this position is $115,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
