Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to own the guest experience, team culture, and financial performance at your center. You will lead operations across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, while maintaining a guest-ready environment.

You will drive sales, build high-performing teams, manage full P&L including labor and costs, and uphold a floor-first leadership presence during peak times. Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume guest-focused venue.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Experience building leadership teams from the ground up.
• Visible floor-first leadership presence, especially during peak periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

The Role

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 per year, plus bonus, depending on qualifications.
