Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an experienced Operations/Finance-oriented professional in Mesa, AZ. You will analyze operating statements, prepare GM reports, and drive profitability while ensuring payroll accuracy and HR compliance.

The role requires a BS/BA in business or operations and 5+ years in HVAC, security, pest control or related industries. You will also coach sales staff, manage vendor programs, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in Business Administration or Operations preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, Security, Pest Control, or similar customer service focused industries.
• Ability to utilize basic computer applications (databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and internet).

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating statements for the center and departments and take appropriate action.
• Prepare/review GM report and take appropriate action.
• Analyze profitability determinants and adjust actions accordingly.
• Ensure employee payroll processes are accurate and on time.
• Apply accounting control principles for A/R, A/P, payroll, etc.
• Plan and achieve sales goals; generate and respond to sales leads; coach salespeople.
• Ensure effective customer communications.
• Utilize product/service features to drive value and profile customer marketing base and niches.
• Support HR standards and conduct performance appraisals; provide counsel and discipline.
• Develop employees and seek promotional opportunities company-wide.
• Use established Vendor Programs as appropriate.
• Adhere to government safety guidelines and ensure proper safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop employees and seek promotional opportunities for employees on a company-wide basis.
• Utilize established Vendor Programs whenever appropriate.
• Adhere to government safety guidelines and assure proper procedures are in place for handling accidents, fire, and emergency situations.
