Job Description

Responsibilities

• Supervise all hotel staff, including clerks, housekeepers, and maintenance personnel.
• Greet guests, register them, and assign rooms.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance when issues are reported.
• Issue room keys and provide instructions to bellhops.
• Make reservations and verify customer credit and payment methods.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts, either manually or digitally.
• Post charges and review bills with guests during checkout.
• Handle guest comments and complaints, referring to management as necessary.
• Manage financial transactions, including billing, payments, and deposits.
• Respond to inquiries about hotel services, directions, and recommendations.
• Coordinate room cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Perform bookkeeping duties, including balancing accounts and conducting audits.
• Prepare for food service activities, such as setting up breakfast or coffee stations.
• Handle mail, arrange tours, taxis, and restaurant reservations.

Salary & Benefits
