Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s in Florida is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team and drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will manage P&L, staffing, training, and ensure operations meet brand standards.

You will analyze performance, coach teammates, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Experience in quick-service management and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Food Safety Certified preferred.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Analyze data and execute plans to improve sales, profits, service and efficiency.
• Determine staffing needs and hire for the right positions.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed for consistent operations and guest satisfaction.
• Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, and guest service; address violations.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees on performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging restaurant environment for employees and guests.

The General Manager will manage the overall restaurant to ensure we are 1st Choice for our Guests and Employees.

• Continually analyzing the data and developing and executing plans to improve sales and profits and increase restaurant service and efficiency

• Ensuring shifts are properly staffed to guarantee consistent operations and Guest satisfaction
• Training Team Members and Managers on operations, policies and procedures and Guest service Identifying and responding to complaints and policy and procedure violations
• Providing regular feedback and coaching to employees on their performance
• Ensuring the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests!

YOU'VE GOT THIS?
