• Proven GM experience in the Food/Hospitality industry with a track record of managing a high-volume establishment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze financial data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, suppliers and staff.
• Organized and meticulous, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
