Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an Arby's restaurant in Springboro, OH. The GM will own overall restaurant performance, including operations, guest satisfaction, staffing, food safety, and financial results.

The ideal candidate brings quick-service leadership, a hands-on approach, and a track record of building strong teams, coaching for results, and delivering peak operational performance in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant management in quick-service or fast-food.
• General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience preferred.
• Experience leading a high-volume drive-thru restaurant.
• Tracks record of recruiting, training, coaching, and developing staff.
• Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, inventory, and scheduling.
• Experience managing a restaurant P&L and acting on financial results.
• Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay composed and make effective decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a respectful workplace.
• Commitment to guest service, food safety, operational execution and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with high standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain team members and managers.
• Build a positive, accountable environment focused on teamwork and performance.
• Create accurate sales projections and employee schedules.
• Manage financial performance including sales, labor, food cost, and cash controls.
• Review performance and implement action plans to improve results.
• Establish clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Develop Assistant Managers for future leadership.
• Ensure proper execution of company systems, policies, and operating standards.
• Maintain staffing levels and prepare for peak periods.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, safety regulations, and laws.
• Partner with the Area Supervisor to set goals and improve performance.
